Dr. Ahmed Alkhateeb is a Harvard-trained cancer biologist from Hebron, Palestine. He currently leads corporate and scientific strategy at Palleon Pharmaceuticals – a biotech focused on developing next-generation immuno-oncology therapeutics. He is also the founder of Hive Scientific, a start-up pursuing the goal of automating scientific discovery in biomedicine.
After graduating with honors from Susquehanna University, Ahmed pursued his doctorate in molecular biology at Penn State College of Medicine. He then joined Harvard Medical School as a post-doctoral fellow with a focus on molecular biology in cancer and metabolic diseases. In addition to his peer-reviewed scientific work, Ahmed has published multiple op-eds in prestigious US publications such as The Atlantic and Scientific American. He resides in Boston, Massachusetts.
