In a world of constant movement, where agility and
efficiency are increasingly important, facilitating air mobility has become a
necessity. Paul Malicki wanted to simplify the way people get around by making
access to private and charter flights more accessible and convenient with
Flapper. In addition to opening up new travel options, the company is playing a
key role in promoting effective mobility, connecting passengers to their
destinations quickly and efficiently, and shaping the future of air mobility by
making it available to a wider audience.
Flapper is Latin America's first air mobility platform
with a presence in Latin America, the United States, and Europe. The company
provides on-demand business aviation services through an app, such as charter,
shared and cargo flights, and is catalyzing the entry of hybrid electric
aircraft into urban and regional air mobility. To date, they fly with almost
30,000 customers and their own inventory of more than 2,000 aircraft, good
safety records and an experienced team.
Paul Malicki is the CEO of Flapper, based in Belo
Horizonte, Brazil, where he leads go-to-market strategies, marketing, business
development and financing. In addition to his entrepreneurial achievements,
Paul has a solid academic background with a Master's Degree in International
Business from WSE & NCCU in Warsaw and Taipei in 2011 and a Bachelor's
degree in Economics from UWM & HU in Olsztyn and Halmstad in 2009. His
